Sprayers normally spray at 2.5 bars of pressure which introduces dirt and dust into the paint creating a flawed finish. Nitrotherm Spray, however uses pure nitrogen (at 99.5%) allowing the sprayer to spray at 1 to 1.5 bar pressure. This causes less turbulence, less impurities getting in, leading to a superior finish.
Unique heated ionised nitrogen application
Nitrotherm’s patented application uses heated nitrogen as the fluid carrier in spraying. This helps to lower product viscosity and adheres to the surface rapidly with no signs of orange peel effect, runs, drips or sags. Being ionised means that the dry nitrogen eliminates any static electricity and moisture for a flatter finish and greater coverage.
